Choclate

I learned a lot of skills making chocolate I learned how to temp chocolate and how to use chocolate tools. I learned how to collaborate and how to break chocolate apart it was really fun and messy. We learned how to make things out of chocolate how to make ganache and other such skills .

LeftOvers

I made pork with a tomato sauce to get rid of the extra tomatoes and tomato paste we had

Competeion Plates

I used team work skills to get three components made we used jasmine rice as a base and then used pork tenderloin as the protein

We made chicken plates with a sauce and zucchini it came out really good next time i would plan better.

POBOYS

We made shrimp oboys i made the sandwich and made the sure the rolls got toasted it was fun.

Croque monssuer

We made a Croc monssuer sandwich it was fun we grated cheese and made a cheese sauce and put it in the oven

PIZZA

we made pizza dough one day and the next say we made pizzas i learnede how to make pizza dough it looked weird when it was finsihed next time i wont spill the yeast.

Fruit Pizza

We made a fruit pizza to show our mastery of design and the fundamentals of art I made a kiwi and raspberry pizza I think I could've cut the kiwi better.

Creative Plate

I made a plate with Chicken and Couscous it had a Asian inspired glaze the couscous had scallions and onion and worked really well with glaze Next time ill make the glaze thicker.
